Monarch’s professional services will be a value to you in more ways than one. Our fees are reasonable, our work top quality. Consider the time you will save by having a quality professional perform the work right the first time. Hire Monarch and you just might have more time to spend more time with your family
When we discusses your project with you, We will determine whether we can offer a fixed price contract or if the project will be billed on a time and material basis.*
Time:
Hourly rate is $50 an hour .
There is a 2 hour minimum.
Material:
Homeowners may provide their own materials, we also supply materials
Simple projects, like hanging a fan, may be quoted on a time and material basis.
Larger jobs, requiring several days or more, may be quoted on a fixed price.
Warranty
We understand that you expect quality workmanship and materials. That’s what we also expect. And, because our reputation rests on our professionalism and your satisfaction, all work performed by Monarch carries a one year material and labor warranty. * While we strive to get it right the first time, if problems arise within the warranty period, we will come out and make it right.
